Special hotel in an excellent location easy to go to Incheon International airport, absolutely courteous personal. Location just off a shopping mall with many good restaurants and subway station, the metro / subway system, and the park along the river and yeouinaru station. For tea or coffee visit Smoothie King nearby.

Excellent service and staff, quick room service with well-prepared food, modern and clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with TV, convenient location connected to metro station and shopping mall.

The hotel took nearly $600 as a guarantee from credit card, and didn't tell or explained about return dates. Simply told that as soon as they will check the room after the check-out - money are going to be returned. One day since check-out nothing happened. I would like to have more specificities.

The Internet. An inconvenient registration. It is not clear for a fee or not!? For a 5 star-hotel and especialy for the Hilton one, I believe it very finely trying to take the extra $10-15 for Internet (( This is why I've puted a low grade for services.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a well-designed floor plan. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff were professional and had a great attitude. I also loved the convenient location to a mall with a food court, which made it easy to find a variety of food options at different price points. The transportation options were also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, location to the mall.

I couldn't find any faults during my stay.

The bar program in the hotel is not up to par and the concierge service could use improvement.

The venue is gorgeous, clean and the location is favourable and stunning adjacent to IFC mall which have lots of restraunts, shops, even movie theatre as well as the Mango store. The breakfast is savoury, outstanding food.

The room was spacious with a great view of the river and city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the city. The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Would definitely return for another visit.
